As part of the continuous improvement of the user journey and experience on the 360WORK platform, we have added Autofill Profile capabilities that enable users to create their 360WORK Profiles instantly; by either importing their information from a resumé or from their LinkedIn profile.
This new feature is built on AI using natural language processing (NLP) and it delivers the most precise result from reading and scanning text or image files. This will help our users to fill in their personal details, work experience, education, certifications, skills, language(s), publications, etc. in one click - and usually instantly.
360WORK users can upload resumé files of up to 5MB; acceptable file types are .pdf, .doc, .docx, .txt, .rtf, .html, .png, and .jpg.
Simply click on the Upload Resumé button, pick your resumé and continue. Your profile will be auto-filled in seconds.
Import from LinkedIn:
If you have an up-to-date LinkedIn public profile, you can import your information to autofill your 360WORK Profile. All you need to do is add your Linkedin handler ID and press the Autofill Profile button.
(Note: 360WORK autofill profile from LinkedIn works only with public LinkedIn profiles. If your profile is not set to be publicly available, we can not import the information. Learn how to change the visibility of your public profile from here).
After you’ve autofilled your Profile, you can review and edit any fields if required.
