● Played a major role in implementing ‘Manual Payments Read-across’ to enforce approved system limits for manual payments across Global Markets Ops and a robust structure for segregation of duties during the setup of static data and payment processing.
● Worked on Global Standards Payments Transparency as Data SME for client and SSI data. Contributed to and delivered solutions to optimise data disparity and remediation across systems to ensure compliance with Payments Transparency mandates.
● BCBS 239 compliance project at Deutsche Bank. Assisted risk divisions across the bank to access their individual metric production process and control framework. Designed efficient data gathering approach. Developed and configured the BCBS 239 dashboard along with periodic informative KPIs. Helped divisions with remediation points and capability grid validations.
● Project Managed and designed the business change project of remediation of trades data and Confirmation generation and Management. Oversaw the data migration of ~ 13 billion transaction data records at Deutsche Bank. Effectively prioritised and organised workloads in a constantly changing environment to meet daily and weekly schedules. Managed and coordinated information gathering, data analysis, process mapping and played a key role in the production of Functional and Technical specification documents. Built and trained an offshore team based in India. Overcame significant challenges in several areas of the delivery to meet executive stakeholder expectations.
