360WORK is a platform for everyone. We support the rights of all persons to work, and to earn an income.
However, we also strictly value, and fully comply with, the local laws and international restrictions on commerce and money laundering. We have a strict policy on following the local money laundering rules, including the UK Anti-Money Laundering Regulations (AML Regulations).
As per our policies, we may occasionally reject applicants, or restrict access to our services for some individuals or organisations.
As a UK-based company, 360WORK (and its Parent Company, TEAMS Network Ltd.) are unable to advise each individual and/or organisation(s) on their legal employment rights and restrictions. However, we advise you to read carefully our statement on ‘Restrictions on Commerce’, below.
Please note that all our users are required to comply fully with the local rules and legislations, where they are currently residing. These may include (but are not limited to) work restrictions, employment restrictions and visa requirements.
