We believe that everyone deserves fair pay, underpinned by a minimum living wage per hour. To ensure this, we’ve added this 'Fair fee for fair work' policy that doesn’t allow unfairly low-paid jobs to be posted on our platform.
Our relationship managers work with hirers to create job descriptions and set fees based on our "fair fee for fair work" policy. We set a minimum fee of £12 per hour or £100 per day.
Once you start work on a project, all fees are kept securely in an escrow account and are released based on agreed milestones. Tools within 360WORK are used to ensure smooth project management.
