How can I hire?
- It's simple. Sign up for free and complete your profile. Then click on Hire Talent button on top navigation bar to post your Job or Project requirements.
- Fill out the Hire Talent form to provide details about the type of experts and expertise that you are looking for before pressing Next.
- If we have professionals with matching skills and expertise available on our platform, we will ask you to schedule a call with a 360WORK's Relationships Manager on the next page. A Relationships Manager is an expert from our team who will assist you in all the stages of the hiring process.
- Enter all the required details and then click on the Get Started button.
- A Relationships Manager will review your request and will contact you on your preferred date and time. At your initial Scheduled Call appointment, your Relationships Manager will request more details about your requirements. Upon an agreement between you and your Relationships Manager, you job will be publish on 360WORK platform.
- Your Relationships Manager will find, assess, interview and shortlist the right talent for you. You can then interview each candidate.
