How do I accept or decline a proposal?
To accept or decline a proposal, you need to go to your project OVERVIEW page and click on the PROPOSALS tab at the top of your page.
Once you have read and reviewed a candidate's proposal, and/or completed interviewing the candidate(s), you can click on the check-mark sign ✓, if you are interested in a candidate, or click on the cross sign X, if you are not interested*
If you are still unsure of whether you would like to accept or reject a candidate, you can click on the question-mark (?) in the middle and make a decision at a later date, as long as this is within the 14-days timeframe.
You can then refer to this page again, after you have completed all the candidate reviews.
If you would like to accept a proposal, click on the candidate's name in your proposals page and in the following page, click on the Accept button at the top-right-hand corner of your page.
To reject a proposal, click on the Decline button instead.
Accepting or rejecting proposals depends on your preferences and project requirements, entirely.
*Please note that if you reject (i.e. decline) a candidate that was shortlisted for you via a Relationships Manager, you cannot work with or contact that specific candidate (whether directly or indirectly) for the current or any other project opportunities, for an 18-month period. Failure to comply with this Policy will result in your Company being invoiced for 15% of the salary that you pay to that specific candidate for this or any other projects that you have awarded to them. Please refer to our Terms of Services for more information.
