In order to contact a freelancer you are working with, you can use our built-in instant messaging (IM) function in your Project Workstream.
To start a conversation with a project member, you need to click on the MESSAGES tab on your Project Workstream. Click on the message composition bar at the bottom of the instant messaging (IM) box and compose your message.
Once you are done, press Send.
The freelancer will receive and respond to your message(s) accordingly.
