We are sorry to see you go and hope that you reconsider all the benefits that you will miss out on if you leave us!
If you wish to terminate(*) your account, you need to click on the Account Settings button via your User Menu. Scroll down the General Settings page and click on the Delete Account button at the bottom of the page.
Please ensure that you have read our full Terms of Services and Privacy Policy before deleting your account.
Ensure you read and agree to the Terms and enter your Password again, and then click on the Confirm & Delete button.
Prior to the termination of your account, you must ensure that you meet all of the following criteria. Failure to meet these criteria will result in 360WORK not granting you the permission for termination of your account:
- Have no outstanding payments in your Account.
- Have no outstanding project listings on our Platform.
- Have no outstanding matters such as disputes or suspensions placed on your Account by us.
*Please note, in order to avoid losing any important information or works that you have completed, we advise that you save any important files and information to your computer or other storage devices or services prior to terminating your account.
