How do I delete or edit a project that I have posted?
Once a project has been posted, you cannot 'delete' it. However, you can make amendments or cancel the project altogether and move it to your Archives indefinitely. Contact your relationship manager to discuss your options.
Resuming or Cancelling a Project
In order to cancel a project, you can go to your Posted Jobs page via your main User Menu and click on the IN PROGRESS tab button at the top of your Posted Jobs page.
Next, find the project you no longer wish to proceed with, and on the right-side of the project-description-box, click on the green Active (drop-down) button. You can then click on the Pause option to pause the publication of your project. If you wish to re-activate a Paused project at a later date, this is the best option for you. To re-activate this project, simply click on the Active option, again.
However, if you wish to 'cancel' the project indefinitely, you need to click on the Close option instead - by doing this, your project will move into your ARCHIVED tab and you would no longer be able to re-activate it.
Your dedicated relationship manager will be notified on these actions and may contact you if they have any questions.
Editing a Project
If you need to edit your project description or details, you need to contact you Relationships Manager directly and provide them with a list of updates that you wish to incorporate into your project description.
Your Relationships Manager will then edit and re-post your project, accordingly.
