How do team members request additional deposit?
Teams may sometimes decide and pre-agree amongst themselves and the Hirer, for additional funds to be paid to them for any extra works that they have performed, or for any other miscellaneous reasons. In this case, each Member could request an additional Deposit payment by clicking on the Request Deposit From Team Leader button on the Project PAYMENT page and filling in the required details in the Request Funds box, before sending the request to the Team Lead.
The Team Lead will receive this request and will then send a Deposit Request to the Hirer, independently, for that exact amount by going to the Project PAYMENT page and clicking on the Request Deposit From Hirer button.
Once the Hirer agrees to the request and releases the funds, the Team Lead can then accept the team member’s Deposit Request by clicking on the Accept button next to the Member's request, on their Project PAYMENT page.
