How to add team Articles, Tutorials and Portfolios?
360work.com has created new functionalities to allow users to share their knowledge and/or professional works with the rest of the 360WORK Community.* There are three ways in which a Team could share their works with other users on our platform:
- Community Articles - Users can create and share written educational materials that could range from 'How To' topics to 'The Best Tools to...' ones. The purpose of these articles is to share your knowledge on a topic of interest with the rest of the 360WORK Community and to engage with the wider Community that shares a common interest. To be able to post Articles, Team Members must click on the OVERVIEW tab of their Team's main page and then click on the Write Article button. Once they have drafted their piece, they can then publish it. You can use media such as images and video clips to add visuals to better demonstrate a topic of choice.
- Community Tutorials - Creating Tutorials is very similar to posting to Articles with regards to their format and usability. However, Tutorials are more for the purposes of educating and teaching a professional skill that you have acquired in a specialist field, such as teaching coding in a certain language, or teaching video editing using a specific software. The 360WORK Community can then access these Tutorials and engage with you via comments and questions. To create and post tutorials, Team Members must click on the Create Tutorials button on their Team's OVERVIEW page and then follow the onscreen instructions before publishing their educational piece.
- Team Portfolio - Team Portfolios are very similar in functionality to individual member portfolios, in that they are made for the purposes of showcasing a series of works performed and a any projects successfully completed, all for the attention of potential Hirers and Employers. The only difference between Team Portfolios and individual member portfolios is that Team Portfolios entails the works achieved by an entire team, such as a team-project that was previously awarded to them by a Hirer. To create a new Team Portfolio, Team Members must click on the Upload Portfolio button on their Team's OVERVIEW page and upload and publish their portfolio using the tools provided.
