See all 24 articlesI am not happy with the services provided by the freelancer that I have hired. Can I pay them a different amount than we previously agreed for the project?
If you are not happy with the work(s) submitted by the freelancer, you need to discuss this directly with them, explaining clearly that you wish to pay them a different amount. Subsequently, you need to agree on a different amount so that the freelancer could raise an invoice for this new amount.
If the freelancer does not agree on the new payment amount, you can then raise a dispute for the contested sum. Please read our Dispute Resolution Policy prior to raising a new dispute.
