I have completed the project, but the Hirer is not responding. What can I do?
If you have successfully completed your project and the Hirer is not responding to your communication, you need to raise an invoice (for the pre-agreed amount) for the project.
If the Hirer fails to make the payment to you, the money will be automatically transferred from the Escrow account to your account after a 14-day period.
