At 360WORK, our users are authentic. We urge all freelancers to always verify their accounts by adding up-to-date information, real user profile photo and also a photo ID verification.

We hope our users understand that we have the best interests of our customers and the KYC Compliance regulations in mind while performing these checks.

Our Payments Team is here to assure that all of our users are verified under our platform and that there is no bypassing or any breach of our Terms & Conditions, under any circumstances. As part of the KYC compliance regulations, we ask all freelancers that are engaged in a project to provide a valid and up-to-date Photo ID.

The photo ID requirements will depend on the User's country of residence; but generally can include either a Passport, Driving Licence or a Resident Permit. 

If your Photo ID is not verified, you will be unable to withdraw any payments from your user account.

If this is the first time that you are trying to withdraw a payment, you will be asked to provide a proof of identity. The identity can be a valid photo id such as a valid copy of your Passport, Driving Licence or other acceptable documents/forms of ID, depending on your country of residence. Our system will show the type of acceptable identification that you need to provide.

Photo IDs should always be valid and that data on the document MUST BE clearly visible and readable.

Note: Always upload an authentic photo ID. Using fake documents will lead to suspension and the final blocking of the account.

To upload a valid photo ID, please follow these simple steps:

Step 1:  Click on Withdraw Funds button under your My Funds page. If you still haven't verified your proof of identity, we will ask you to provide your up-to-date photo ID.

Step 2:  Select your country and choose your ID type. Upload the file here.

Step 3: Confirm that your photo ID is correct.

Step 4: It will usually take 3-4 minutes for your ID to be verified. Following that, you'll be redirected to the withdrawal page where you can make a withdraw from your account.
