Non-disclosure agreements (also known as NDAs) are part of a hiring or employment contract between a Hirer and a candidate (i.e. 360work.com users looking for freelance, contract or employment projects). NDAs are used for the purposes of outlining the limits and confidentiality of materials, knowledge, and information that the two parties (i.e. Hirers and candidates) wish to share with one another.
A Hirer may wish to add a NDA to their project if they have some confidential or sensitive information that they must share with you that could be important for the completion of a project. In this case, each candidate within a Team has an obligation to read fully and agree to the NDA prior being able to apply for that specific project.
Please note that if any of the members of a Team fail to accept the NDA and/or if any members fail to be verified by our User Verification Team then they will be unable to apply for and/or participate in that project.
