You can hire Permanent Employees or professional Contractors on Remote or Partially Remote basis.
Remote Projects are where a professional Contractor or a Permanent Employee that you hired is able to work remotely either from their own home or from another place of their choice, throughout the project duration.
However, you may require a contractor or a Permanent employee to work from your offices on some days during the work week. For example, you may require a contractor or an employee to work from your offices on Wednesdays and Fridays, and work remotely for the remaining 3 days, during the week. These projects are called Partially Remote Projects.
You need to discuss your project's work-setting requirements with your Relationships Manager prior to posting of your project, to ensure that this important piece of information is included in your project description.
You could also negotiate the basis of the Contract and Permanent work for your project with a candidate during the interview stage.
