What are the Dispute Handling Fee charges?
360work.com will charge a dispute handling fee of £15.00 (+ VAT) GBP or 5% of the total dispute amount, whichever is greater. The fee will be deducted from the total available dispute funds, when the funds are released from the escrow account to the winning party’s account.
