On 360WORK, we have created a proprietary ranking algorithm that measures all users' activities in one synthetic score. Users are ranked from the preliminary “Level-1” , up to the more advanced “Top Rated” level, with the “Top Rated ” getting a special badge.
Our ranking system analyses all the user profiles and activities of the users on our system to ensure that they follow a set of rules and metrics. The metrics that we use to analyse and score your profile include, but are not limited to the following:
- Profile completion and verification
- User engagement and proactivity
- User responsiveness
The higher the score, the greater that your ranking will be.
Below, you could find more details of what each ranking score means:
- Level 1 - between 0-20% percent
- Level 2 - 20-40%
- Level 3 - 40-60%
- Level 4 - 60-80%
- Level 5 - 80-90%
- Top Rated - 90%-100% (Recommended by the 360WORK platform)
Higher rankings mean that your profile is more complete and meets most or all of our recommended rules and metrics. This means that you will be more desirable for Hirers than other professionals, and that you will be more likely to be awarded a job/project that you desire.
