Non-disclosure agreements (also known as NDAs) are part of a hiring or employment contract between a Hirer and a candidate (i.e. 360work.com users looking for freelance, contract or employment projects). NDAs are used for the purposes of outlining the limits and confidentiality of materials, knowledge, and information that the two parties (i.e. Hirers and candidates) wish to share with one another.
A Hirer may have some important or confidential information and/or material(s) that they may have to share with the candidate, to help with clarification with and/or completion of a specific project. Under the circumstance, the Hirer must ensure that the candidate does not publicise and/or share this confidential information or material(s) with others. This can be achieved by adding a standard NDA to the project that the hirer wishes to post, and the candidate must then read and agree to prior to being able to apply for that project.
To add a Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to a project, you must:
- Click on Hire Talent button and fill out the form to let us know the type of experts they need to hire. You need to book an appointment with a Relationships Manager (RM) at this stage.
- Speak with the RM regarding your business needs and project requirements. If you need to attach an NDA, ask your RM and they will do this for you.
- Only verified users who have agreed to, and signed the NDA can apply for your project, and you can disclose and share your project details with the candidate with ease of mind.
