Create a team
As a team leader, click on the “Create a team” button, add your team's profile and invite team members either by email from your personal network or by inviting talents from 360Work professionals
Get matched & apply
When suitable projects are published, team leaders will be notified so a proposal can be submitted. Proposals will be reviewed by our relationship managers and a shortlist will be sent to the hirer.
Work and get paid
If your team's proposal is selected you can start work immediately. 360Work’s unique ProToolkit allows you to easily communicate, share and track your projects.
As project’s milestones are delivered, you can raise invoices and get paid securely using our escrow accounts.

Find Projects
Search for projects and submit a proposal on behalf of your team. If the proposal meets our requirements you will be contacted by the Relationship Manager.
It’s free to sign up and create a team
Our service fee charges will be applicable only on freelance projects. Service fee will be deducted from the total amount that is transferred from a Project’s escrow account into a freelancer’s account. The service fee is charged at the following percentage scales of transaction value.

We recommend that you withdraw your total money in one payment to avoid multiple withdrawal fees.
Please note, 360Work does not add any markup to the payment processing fees. All fees mentioned are the chargeable fees from Banks and 3rd party payment service providers such as PayPal.
As part of creating a project team, the team lead will agree the % of the project fee different members of the team will receive. 360WORK allocates payments to team members accordingly.
