    In My-face company I advise and implement improved sales process, sales funnel, increasing sales and income by more than 30%.

    We sell a managed advertisement of positions in the education section. We help private kindergartens to employ faster Kindergarten assistants and Kindergarten teachers. We also help educational institutes, non-profit organizations, educational companies, city halls and many more to find their employees faster (class guides, informal guides, teachers, education managers and so on).

    So my job description consists of:

    Client Portfolio Management- I have to convince the customers to use My-face services, deal with their objections, give them service and Retain customers. Almost every month I sell between 30% to 80% more than the minimum target.

    Business developing- I create new products from planning, managing a budget, marketing, selling, building strategies, targets, milestones and managing time. The results were more products to sell, the company earned more money and more satisfied customers.

    Marketing- I plan the website to reorganize it later, wrote and filmed valuable information for the target audience using keyword searches. I also created paid campaigns on Facebook and encouraged customers to recommend us. So we reached more potential customers, we sell more and the customers trusted us more.

    Creating collaborations- I created between 5 to 10 strategic collaborations. That leads My-face to reach more potential customers faster, market itself, close more customers and earning money from the collaborations.

    Analyzing- I analyze the target audience and competitors to understand better what are their concerns, how to overcome that, what the competitors are doing and what can we do that they haven't done. This information helped us to deal with the objections better and close more customers.
