Professor of Digital Computation. I lead the Circuits and Systems group at Imperial College where I hold the Royal Academy of Engineering / Imagination Technologies Research Chair.
My research output is widely used in industry. Designs and / or tools based on my work have made it into millions of devices worldwide, as well as tools from leading EDA vendors.
Specialties: FPGA-based implementation of algorithms, particularly numerical algorithms, including certification. Computer arithmetic, including fixed-point arithmetic.
