In my role, I'm responsible for the digital presence of Varna Airport and Burgas Airport, which concessioner is Fraport Bulgaria ✈️

My focus and daily priorities:
Running the social media accounts of Varna Airport and Burgas Airport including Facebook and Instagram.
Responsible for managing the Google My Business profiles of Varna Airport and Burgas Airport.
Manage and create posts for the corporate profile of Fraport Bulgaria on LinkedIn.
Providing customer support to passengers on all social media accounts.
Designing graphics and creatives for social media, website and emails.
Taking photographs of corporate events and airport/airplane photography.
Content maintenance of three websites - the company website fraport-bulgaria.bg and the two airport websites varna-airport.bg and burgas-airport.bg

Competent with tools including but not limited to:
Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Serpstat, Canva, Adobe Photoshop.

Arthola.com is the first art sharing platform designed for smart TVs and other electronic devices, that reward users for being artists.

I was invited to participate in the ArtHola project by the Founder - Mr. Milen Panteleev.

Together we started to do brainstorming for new ideas, functionalities, features.

In the beginning, I was expected to communicate with the web development company and with the web designer (freelancer) implementing the new features and designs, debugging of the platform and doing QA reports.
Then I created the social media profiles of ArtHola on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin and managed the brand online.
When the Android and iOS apps were ready, I had to register the mobile version of the ArtHola's apk and do ASO (app store optimization) on Google Play, Apple App Store, Huawei AppGallery, Amazon AppStore, OPPO, Millet App Store (Xiaomi), OPPO.

Meanwhile, I researched the Chinese mobile app market platforms further and registered the .apk file where possible.

My personal success in this is issuing the paper Copyright Protection Certificate by the Copyright Protection Center of China.

When the TV app version was ready, I distributed it with the Smart TV platforms of Samsung, LG, Sony (Android TV), Amazon Fire TV.

My regular daily duties were to help artists to register on the platform, to approve their artworks, creating specific galleries, doing email marketing and providing excellent customer support.

Kiddimoto Bulgaria Ltd is my own company.
I imported the English brand Kiddimoto and distributed it in the Bulgarian market.
I used to manage the whole e-commerce and marketing activities by myself.
Providing freelance services in digital marketing and web design to third-parties.

I was involved in the following:
Managing Google Ads campaigns by researching new keywords, adding negative ones and creating new ads to increase conversion rate.
Creating a marketing email newsletters by MailChimp.
Implementing and managing social media marketing and advertising on Facebook and Instagram channels.
Managing brand awareness campaigns.
Continuously delivering tailored blog content.
Optimizing web pages in DotPress.eu CMS to improve organic search placement.

Beetle Eye is a web tool to automate email marketing campaigns and lead management.

I was responsible for the brand development from scratch, including developing social media profiles of the product and managing them.
Together with a graphic designer, we managed to produce effective promotional content and images for the blog posts.
I was a part of a team with a native English content writer for producing high-quality blog posts according to the latest SEO trends.
Executed on-page and off-page SEO of the brand's website beetle-eye.com
PPC campaign on Google Ads and LinkedIn.

Worked directly with the Managing Director (Mr. Nikolay Iliev) to build an online presence for the company.
Helped redesign enterprisesds.eu website for higher conversion and better user experience.
Implementing advertisement campaigns by Google Ads and Linkedin Business Solutions.
Researching new business opportunities and identifying new leads on the Linkedin.
Responsible for updating the Microsoft CRM system.
